Q: What is the warranty on your trees?
A: All of our trees have a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase.

Q: Does it come in a storage bag?
A: No, All of out trees come in a heavy duty cardboard box which can be reused for storage.
 
Q: Does the faux snow/flocking come off?
A: When you first open your tree, very minimal snow will come off, this is excess from the manufacturer. Your tree will keep its nice layer of snow for Many many years to come.
 
Q: Is the assembly easy?
A: Yes! Our Trees will come in 2-4 different sized pieces (depending on the height of the tree you purchase) Each piece easily fits together and the lights connect by a simple adapter at at the top/bottom of each piece. It shouldn’t take longer than 5 minutes to assemble, however fluffing the tree out can take some time, so play some Christmas music (maybe have a glass of bubbles) and enjoy the process you will only have to complete once a year!
 
Q: Do I need replacement bulbs for the lights?
A: No, Our trees are all equiped with high quality and very long lasting LED’s which each have up to 60,000 hours burn time, that’s over 2,500 days! and with so many inbuilt lights, you won’t even notice when one has blown!
 
Q: What if one of the lights blow out/break?
A: Unlike traditional Christmas Fairy lights, if one lights blows/breaks the circuit will continue.
