RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Holly & Ivy do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, either in-store or online, so please select your luxury Christmas decorations carefully.
For any damaged or faulty Christmas ornaments or Christmas decor, Holly & Ivy will replace the items at no cost to you, or issue a refund if preferred. Customers must provide a photo of damaged goods and should not dispose of them, as Holly & Ivy reserve the right to request the items be returned to our warehouse.
Claims must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
