Christmas Delivery Timeframes for 2025
To help your order arrive in time for Christmas, please follow the delivery cut-off dates listed below. These timeframes are based on Australia Post’s 2025 Christmas lodgement dates and include the recommended buffer for dispatch during the busy season. Ordering early is always the safest option.
Click and Collect – Epping (VIC) Warehouse Only
We will be offering Click and Collect from Friday 12 December 2025.
- Orders must be placed by Thursday 18 December at 12pm.
- All pickups must be collected by Friday 19 December 2025 by 3pm.
- Orders not collected by this time will be refunded.
- Customers must wait for a confirmation email advising that their order is ready before collecting.
- You will receive the pickup address in your confirmation email once your order has been placed.
- Click and Collect is not available from our Highpoint or Chadstone retail stores. All collections are from our Epping warehouse in Victoria

- NSW, SA, TAS Metro: Order by Wednesday 17 December 2025, before 12pm
- QLD & WA Metro: Order by Tuesday 16 December 2025, before 12pm
- All Regional or Remote: Order by Monday 15 December 2025, before 12pm
Notes
- All dates include a 48 hour buffer to allow for picking, packing and lodgement.
- Orders placed after these dates may still arrive before Christmas, but this cannot be guaranteed.
- Same day couriers may be available for Melbourne Metro. Customers should contact the Holly and Ivy team if their order is urgent.
