Chrismas Pre-Order Information
Here's everything you need to know about how our pre-orders work.
Payment
Full payment is collected at the time of purchase to secure your item.
Shipping
Your order will be dispatched once all items are available. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, everything will be held and shipped together. If you'd prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders; one for in-stock items and one for your pre-order.
Estimated Arrival Dates
Estimated arrival dates are provided on each product listing. Please note these dates are subject to change due to supplier and shipping delays outside our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a tracking notification. For information on shipping times, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Cancellations
We're unable to cancel pre-orders for change of mind once payment has been made, so please consider your purchase carefully.
You may request a cancellation and full refund if:
- The estimated arrival date changes significantly and the new date doesn't work for you
- The product becomes unavailable or is discontinued
- The product arrives materially different from its description
- You are otherwise entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law

Buy Now Pay Later
If you're using Afterpay or PayPal Pay in 4, your payment plan is governed by your provider's own terms and conditions. Selecting a BNPL method does not change your cancellation rights under this policy; please contact your provider directly with any payment queries.
